The supply of pellets for winter heating is included in the stay at a rate of 1 bag per day.
Pellets are available in the basement.
Hot water is provided by an 80-liter heat pump boiler, so we kindly ask you not to waste it, as it is a very important environmental resource.
Towels and bed linen are included.

We are 150 meters from the BUS stop, and just a few meters from the house there is a convenient parking area where you can leave your car.

We are located at 1,200 meters above sea level in the small hamlet of Termenago, which has around 65 permanent residents.
For this reason, it is a very quiet place, about 1 km from the main services available in Pellizzano.
The hamlet enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over the entire valley.

In Termenago, children can play freely without worries, as there is no traffic, and parents can fully enjoy moments of peace and relaxation. In front of the house, there is a lovely playground, a fountain, a traditional washhouse, and the small 14th-century Church of San Nicolò.

Termenago can be easily reached by any vehicle all year round. Just a short walk away, there is the ski-bus stop to Folgarida, which can be reached in about 8 minutes (4 km by car).
